Joseph Joseph Adjustable Rolling Pin The adjustable rolling pin by Joseph Joseph takes the guess work out of preparing the thickness of filo pastry, pizza and pie bases. The rolling pin is complete with three sets of removable discs that raise the surface by different amounts to provide the required pastry thickness – either 2mm, 6mm or 10mm. The rolling pin also has a pastry width measurement guide etched into the wood. Dimensions: 42cm x 6.5cm x 6.5cm Supplied in a presention box. Beech Rolling Pin – wash by hand and dry naturally.
