If the carriers are unsuccessful on their first visit to an address they will leave a card regarding their visit. They will attempt a second delivery maybe the next day or the next but one day. It is important that you contact, as soon as possible, the local office or telephone the number on the card to rearrange delivery or collection from their office. Failure to do so will inevitably lead to the parcel being returned to us and you will incur a returned delivery charge together with a second carriage charge, if we are to redeliver.
